I have 6 plants that are 2 weeks old in peat pots with pure soil under 18/6 fluorescent light. 4 32 watt tubes 2-3 inches away from top.

peat moss is really acidic, I used to use it in my fish tank. Also acidic soil brings about more males than females (High Times October Issue). The soil might be to compacted, get some sand in there and if possable, a half hand-full of dolomite. I had soil that was to compacted and the root of a vegie plant went straight up and almost out of the soil, lol. For nutrient, not a fucking clue to help you, I'm trying to figure out some nutes for my own plant, was looking into shultz cactus food that releases over time, I think it's like 9 weeks of high N. Hope that helps.
P.S. - Is that northern berry?

I think it maybe be cold temperatures stunting growth as it is cold in the sunny arctic.

Cold in the sunny arctic???!!!!???!!!
Are you kidding me????
Are you in the arctic????!!!! Nothing bad with that, but I just find it amazing!!!! Kick ass!!! :D
Are you giving them fresh air? Fresh air from OUTside? They need fresh air for their CO2.... Also, if you can, a MH will provide huge improvements...
Best,

Sentinel, as long as the temp doesn't fall below 55°F it should be ok.. is your floros at 2 - 3" above the plants? if not please do because they aren't getting enough light. Lack of light = stretching & slow growth ;)
Hope this help! :)
Happy Growing! :D

lol no i am in not quite the sunny arctic, but close. Temperature of -50C here last year. This is part of the problem i have with fresh air as fresh air so cold would probly kill the plants. And the fluoros are withing 3 inches. The paclage form insidesun with bat shit and ph tester and 400 w mh/hps light
