its gonna suck i got caught with a knife on campus, i have a unlawfull acts ticket i have no idea whats gonna happen im scared i will not be able to smoke my girl no more cuz i think there gonna put me on probation!!!! anyway any tips or comments will be appreciated.

Honestly, I don't think anything too drastic is gonna happen. I know a kid who got caught with a shotgun and 10 pounds of weed in his dorm closet and they only kicked him out of the dorms (not the school) for a semester.

Alot depends on what you were doing with the knife when caught i guess.

I would think that as long as you have no criminal history, and nobody was threatened or hurt, you'll get a small fine.

see my knife was sitting on my nightstand one night and the maitnence man came by and saw it he reported me to security and they went to the school advisor who signed this seziure paper that they gave me, i had jus gotten out of the shower all i had was a bra and a shirt on, they told me to let them in, they also were with the campus cop officer padildo he gave me the ticket. jeez what asses huh, its jus a small pocket knife

b) Probation isn't that bad, I got a year and 100 hours community service..hardly get drug tested and I'm on drug charges; the only thing that sucks is the community service but if you've gotta car and free time it should be easy. Your fines shouldn't be that high anyway, it wasn't like you were stabbing anyone or threatening anyone.

If he gave you a ticket that's probably all you're going in for anyway.

C. W. Post Campus of Long Island University. His criminal charges were a lot worse, but he escaped jail and he's going to the school again now.

Was I the only pety thug who never, ever got busted? I mean, when I was young, I would throw empty pop cans, filled with pebbles, and throw them at cop cars, but I was never dumb enough to get caught.

I smoked tons of drugs in public, tripped out on acid in public, mushrooms in a casino, cocaine binging all night and spray painting hobos, pelting them with pellet guns (plastic pellets), drunk in public, spray painting...all kinds of shit...I never ever got busted for that shit.

I have only been busted with booze in public once, a $115 ticket, I still haven't paid it or went to court :D

So, are kids just dumb or are cops more present now than they use to be? I'm talking like, 10yrs ago for me now.
