what band do you think has the deepest lyrics. personally the doors music really does it lyrically for me. also led zeppellin has some sweet lyrics in some of their songs.

If the question is just "who has the deepest lyrics", then I'm gonna have to say Pink Floyd. There's levels upon levels of meaning to every one of their songs. Of course if what you meant to ask was about who has the BEST lyrics (because deeper and more meaningful isn't necessarily better or cooler), then I'd have to pick someone like The Eagles, or maybe Green Carnation.
