What about dipping your rolling papers in bong water to absorb the thc resin?

Dip them, let them dry, roll one up, then smoke it.

Bongwater is not a good source of anything except necrosis. (can kill a plant) Not too sure of the details, but botany instructor once told me that oils can encapsulate roots and nutes, starving the plant of oxygen and nourishment.
Fish products are a good example. Fish oil (for humans) is no good for a plant. Fish emulsion (water soluable, for plants) is good.
