whenever you go to mcdonalds or wendy's, save those paper straw wrappers that come off the straws because they are absolutely perfect pre-rolled joint papers.

i also discovered that the paper they stuff in gift bags, if uncolored, works quite well when sealed with honey.

some handy tips.

Straw wrapper seems like a great idea as long as it has no chemicals or nasty stuff in it.

I did that when I was fourteen and couldn't obtain papers. It works. I've mentioned it on this site before.

i'm not 18, i went to one store down from me and asked for rolling papers, they just said 'no', and they said something along the lines of 'adurkadurkadurka' too. then i went to another store and the guy practically wanted me to test drive his wide selection of papers.
