I have never bought any albums because when I had to start using my own money to buy music I just decided it was more economical to steal it off of kazaa and suprnova. But the first album my parents ever bought me was the first new kids on the block cassette lol. The first album I ever went out and bought with my parents money would have to be Bleach by Nirvana.

The first CD I bought with my own flow was Temple of the Dog. Chris Cornell's melodic voice, amazing! I think the first cassette was Beastie Boys- Liscensed to Ill. That was a long time ago, 1986.

Someone stole my Temple of the Dog CD out of my locker my senior year and I was bummed. :( And we can't forget Eddie Vedder was in the band, too. Oh, Eddie.... That was a good CD.

Yeah, yeah, you got it..."I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of the decadent....oooh, I'm going hungry..." Those were the days...I think TOD was a tribute band to a musician that they were friends with who died...or something like that. God, I still love Eddie!:)

As much as I don't like to admit, the very first album I ever bought was Genesis: We Can't Dance.
I remember that bread song. I like Cornell, but his vox in that song irritate me. Probably just the production...

Catch a Fire - Bob Marley
The first album I ever bought was Never Mind The Bollocks - Sex Pistols
I borrowed it first from a girl in my class at school, my mother found it and used nearly a whole bottle of tipex to cover the word "bollocks" ~lol~
I returned the new copy I bought, the tipexed one is prob still in my parents attic
I think after that it was The Black Album - The damned

haha no when??
I dunno.. They don't have a release date yet. All I know is that they're working on one.
I cant remember the first album i bought. It was probally some crappy stuff.
The first rock album i bought was Ozzy's Essentials. Thats what opened me up to the world of rock. Now here i am 2 years later smoking a joint and kicking out Zepplin tunes on my guitar.
I think after ozzy i bought AC-DC back in black. One of their best albums.
Some posted something about Zakk Wyeld (sp) being the best guitarist. He is very talented but what do you think about Randy Rhoads? His style was unique.

Randy Rhodes was greeeeat...another young life lost way too early. Zakk Wylde is crazy! The last time I saw Ozzy, Zakk told the crowd his dick weighs 8 pounds...I have no idea wtf that means but I was scared....anyway, Black Label Society doesn't blow my skirt up. Rhodes was the one who started Quiet Riot, too....let me take you back now...waaaaaay back...."C'mon feel the noise, girls rock your boys and get wild, wild, wild!" Gotta love the '80's.:)
