So i have been sick for the last couple days well day actually.:(
I have walking pneumonia it sucks so much ass! Never thought i could be as sick, feel a little better:) But just not myself..
My doctor was surprised that i was just up and going. I started feeling bad and my lungs were hurting like a couple of days ago. I have been sleeping and just bumming it:(Have not smoked might just give it up for awhile:/
But look i miss u all and i will be back to my old self in no time<3

a cause of chest problems (maybe bronchitis too, i'm not sure) is "shallow breathing",
u might not notice but while at the pc, u tend too relax too much and tend not too take deep breaths but breath more with frequent shallow breaths which don't do the lungs any good whatsoever because u aren't using them at anything like their full capacity.
i was doing this particularly while playing internet games, i get too engrossed in them.

Thx everyone i am feeling alot better today just my lungs feel like shit, hurts to bend and breath:( but no more fevers so i am just glad for that. had a little bit of an appetite today not so much. Have barely eaten in like 3 days...But the meds are working so no worries:D

Love u all, be safe and toke on, i am not allowed to smoke for a couple of weeks so bummer:( I love not going to work though it is kicking ass! Just been sleeping alot:)
