On Iraqi civilians... In soldiers slang they call it willy pete. The technical name is white phosphorus. In theory its purpose is to illumine enemy positions in the dark. In practice, it was used as a chemical weapon in the rebel stronghold of Fullujah, and it was used not only against enemy combatants and guerrillas, but on innocent civilians. The americans are responsible for a massacre using unconventional weapons, the identical charge for which saddam stands accused for.

Before we attacked Fullujah the "innocent" people left leaving over 3000 terrorists. Another great investigation by the Itallians!

Checked out both sites.....very interesting!
Like I stated though, the civilians were given the chance to leave. I recall when the city was being evacuated some people were bitching that we were letting the insurgents (terrorists) escape...in fact, I do believe that good ol' Zarqawi made his escape during the evacuation but left his fighters behind.
Very informative post!!!! Good info!!!

For those forced to stay and had to endure the pain....it's a shame!
Hell, I don't blame them for trying to sneak out either. I just find it rather, should we say, cowardly when Zarqawi lets his fighters die for the greater good of Allah but saves his own ass. I guess Allah has bigger plans for him.
Good example would be McCarther in the Phillipines. He was under sure distruction but had to be ordered to leave. I'm sure Zarqawi was under no direct order.
