little black flies on my plants

hello tokers i need help my plants are getting eaten by little black flies i donot want to use sprays yet so who out there can help :confused:

You have fungal gnats I bet. The cause is overwatering and very common. Gnatrol Fungus Gnat Control Concentrate cost about 20 bucks from eBay or your local hydroponics store.
