Holding your smoke

The daily factoid said it's bad to hold your smoke for long...And I've heard on these boards that 95% of THC is absorbed within the first five seconds of holding your smoke. Is this true? Or should I just keep holding it for 30 seconds?

Yeah I used to ghost all my hits thinking I was getting higher. It gets tedious. Ever hold it in so long then blown it out feeling like you're on nitrous? :question:

We saw this kid and picked up 2g's and loaded some pulls, this kid had to have held his in for 30+ seconds. Guy was like turning blue. Looked like a freak. Just hold that hit in for a second or 2 that's all that's needed. Damn I'm high just realized that I said 'pulls' I meant bowls.

Yeah I usually ghost hit. I find it brings the buzz on faster. But I'm going to stop doing it because it is showing a little effect I had a bad smokers cough for a little while, not now though.

I usually hold it in for 5 or 7 seconds. Sometimes, just for fun I'll hold it in for 20 or so. :)
