This is 1 of 6 seedlings at 1 week old. Still under 24 hour fluorescent light, switching to 1 gallon pots and 400 wat metal halide when roots are ready. How is she doing? Are the leaves drooping?

That looks just fine to me. Im no expert (two weeks into my first grow) but that is exactly how my sprouts looked after a week so don't worry

Looking good.. I wouldn't be too worried.
Possibly looking a little tired.. Wouldn't you be if you stayed up for 24hrs at a time?
I personally prefer 18/6, just seems a bit more natural and they seem to perk up after a bit of a sleep. I've seen em droop like that just after watering as well. I water twice a week at that stage depending on how quick your soil dries up. One of those waterings involves a half strengh fertilizer. I use a spray bottle to just moisten the top soil around the stem to ensure those little baby roots don't dry up too much.
