right now i have about 30 lil seedligs.they are in 32 oz styrofom cups with the bottoms cut out.i mixed organic potting soil with perlite and vermiculite.i use schultz liquid cactus fertilizer.i never realized how much root growth there is.i would like to let them grow freely, instead of in the containers.this is my reason for switching.i just wanna know whats the easiest way.i want to do everything by hand no flood and drain or drip none of that just a simple set-up.im thinkin rockwool cubes in kitty liter trays,i got one 1000 hps light that i bought.im gonna get some fluros for veg.can anyone recommend me an easy soiless setup.

I use dwc, I had 18 plants and that was tons of work...the easiest way to grow hydro with the least amount of thinking or work, Is ebb and flow/flood and drain.

you have to have drainage...you would be best off with a box filled with hydroton. You would need some type of drain...you can grow right in hydroton without rockwool.
...basically, you have too many seedlings for anything simple...Imho
