First time DXM trip!

Ok well heres the deal, Im going to try DXM for the first time tonight. Here are my stats:

5'8"
170lbs
15%BF
19 years old

Im going to do 6.5 oz of liquid Robotuissen (sp?) with no other active ingredients other then the DXM. Im going to ingest at about 5:30-5:45 on an empty stomach then me and a buddy (who doesnt know that Ill be trippin on purpose, casue I told him I need it because Ive been sick lol) are going to go watch Jarhead tonight at about 7:10, thats if it isnt sold out. If it is then we are going to go see Doom again. This will be the first time Ive ever done this so I just wanted to let everyone know that Ill be trippin on it for the first time tonight. Ill post back up tomorrow what it was like.

Yeah, REALLY bad idea to go see a movie.. even an experienced DXMER would have problems. PLus since its your first time, you'll end up making a scene for sure at the movie theater. DXM is a drug youdont walk around on, i like to lay in my bed and watch TV, or listen to music with my eyes closed. It's a good trip, but too intense and awkward in public.

Its amazin how popular my thread has become.

But I am goin to go 5 oz of DXM at about 5:30 on an empty stomach but will not be in the theatre til about 10 o'clock or so. Some ppl say dont go to the movies while on DXM but others seem to like it. So Im going to try it. Im not a panicky person so Im sure Ill be ok...

I know my body and I know it well. I did bodybuilding from my sophomore year of HS up till about the begginnin of last summer when I had to start paying for college. So I know it pretty well... Well sad to report I didnt trip... :( I only took 4 oz because thats all that was in the bottle. I started to slightly trip at one point but more then anything it was just a drunk feeling... Any suggestions on 2nd trip? Wont be for a while though...

Interesting. That should have been a pretty sufficient dose. Two bottles I would consider quite strong for someone inexperienced in a normal situation. Some people are unable to metabolize DXM in a way that brings about desireable effects. Try a stronger dose and then call it quits if you get the same result. Try to do it on a slightly empty stomach. Avoid colored liquids.

Yea I only took one bottle of the shit and nothin... It was on an empty stomach but I went and ate like an hour and a half later. I did get something to drink a bit after I took it though. Anyways, Ill do 6 oz next time and see what happens... It will be on an empty stomach and I wont eat til I sober up. Anyways, how long should I wait?

A good source of dxm is robotussin max cough gels they have either 15mg a gel for $3.00 with 20 gels or 30mg a gel for $5-6

You can get them at walmart, k-mart, or any place with a pharmacy

Ok well Ill look for the gels next time, although I dont know if there will be a next time cause I want something that will give me some open-eyed hallucinations.
