What about buying light systems over internet with cc?

High all:
Could use your help on this. I'm ready to upgrade and have been checking out some of the 400 watt systems for sale on this site. I don't think I should do the 1,000 watt cause my landlord pays the electric and I don't want to tip him off on anything. My current set up is a 4 x 5 closet with fan and about 165 watts floresent lights. Believe it or not I get buds and killer shit BUT OF COURSE I WANT MORE! :rasta:

Do you have any recommendations for the best 400 watt unit that would produce the best results? Also been trying to find out average cost of 400 watt unit compared to 1,000 watt unit?

Also as I live in a fairly remote area of Alaska, I'm considering buying my light system over internet with credit card? So is it a safe way to buy? Do you guys do it and not have a problem? Thanks for your help! If you ever come to Alaska, I'll introduce you to a bear or two and we can smoke a couple bowls.

yes, you can buy a light if you want to , safely with a credit card...I would go to site of choice and get toll free number and call them up...this assures you of getting everything you want/need and it cuts down shipping time...here are 2 sites, that i have bought lighting equipment from...bghydro.com......and 4hydroponics.com....
alot of people buy from insidesun.com(refurbished) and I have bought a 250hps and a 400mh off ebay...both for under 80 bucks each and a bulb upgrade of 70 bucks for a 400w sunmaster warm deluxe mh bulb.

Are you handy? If so, then you can by a ballast kit chords and mogul socket + a bulb from bghydro.com
and put it together yourself! They will even talk you through it, if you get stuck...goodluck

I buy mine over the internet and I don't worry at all. The is no law stopping people from buying lights. ( not yet anyway, but give Bush some more time and there may be)
