So...I was listenin to this Hepcat and thinkin.. He was the Reefer Man. Back in a time when Reefer was unknown and ultra taboo...a time of war. He was so far ahead of his time and yet.. so few learned anything from him or even took the time to listen to his words for that matter.
Thankfully there are those of us that appreciate talent and brilliance..and I guess it's apon them to keep the spirit alive...If only we strived together..as a whole as opposed to individually we'd accomplish more..not as a government, not as country.. but as human beings..
Maybe that's what he was trying to say...but who knows.
Cab died Nov.18,1994.
For the Blues Brother, The Hi-Dee-Ho Man, Minnie the Moocher and the Coolest Cat I know...Let's give the brother some recognition :)
Mr.Cabell Calloway III
..
Cab for short :)
Say...have you ever met that funny Reefer man? :smokin:  :rasta:  :stoned:
