Ok, I need to quit toking for a while. The reasons: 1. College anatomy classes don't even give you 2 hrs out of the day to toke 2. Using too much $ 3. But most importantly, my friend is visiting me with and ounce of high grade at which the same time my vapolution vaporizer is coming in the mail. So I need to be cleansed before I smoke the most I've ever smoked in my life.
How do you guys resist the urge to just toke it up when you're bored. I'm not mentaly addicted, I usually only smoke 2 days a week, but It's annoying trying to find a reason not to hit that shit.

Do stuff that you loved before pot became your #1 love. For me this is video gaming, biking, skateboarding, or working out. It worked for me when I stopped for awhile (was smoking everyday).

You just stop. It's not addicitve, so just don't toke.

Yeah I do agree it is not addictive, but I can sometimes find it hard the first couple of dayto stop because you have the cash to buy the shit. But after a couple of days I can do absolutely fine. It all depends on you, some people have an addictive personality and some people don't. People who have addictive personality can find really simple stuff that they love doing hard to break.

no no if your planning on smoking the most you've ever done keep on toking (but mildly), if you have a break you'll be out really quickly which will ruin you fun plus its not like its any healthier having a break is it?

I don't see why you need to take a break, man. Especially if you're only smoking twice a week. If you're bored and not doing anything, what's wrong with lightin' up? If your classes really take up all your time, you shouldn't have enough time to blaze it anyway.

Do something else to take your mind off it. Something creative like making music or drawing, or spend the money you would have spent on weed on a new game/CD/whatever.

if you only smoke twice a week then i definitly would just keep toking. if you want to quit and you only smoke twice a week then its going to be pretty damn easy. just dont. but really. twice a week is not that often, I say just dont quit

if you dont have anything against smoking an occasional cig i would do that, and yeah get back to the hobbies you have
if you quit for any longer than a week, you may not have it in you to blaze the fuck down, which would be bad. i played guitar ALOT while i stayed clean.

Just find something else to do in your spare time. Either that or keep toking, you shouldn't be addicted with how much YOU smoke unless you have an addictive personality (points to self).
