I was wondering.....are people finding any really good product around the DFW metroplex these days? I get emails from several people quite often who are looking, some more desperately than others. I just wondered if everyone is dry now :sadcrying or if some of you are finding plenty to make you happy. :stoned:

I got to the point where I was desperate enough to try to find some on the streets. However, I got to thinking about that show cops. It seems the drug bust they always show are either the "big" deals or the street buys. They dont ever show like the weed dealer who is selling quater bags to people. So I got to thinking that is probably the safest way to go.

Although I love the green I dont think its worth trying to buy from a street corner dealer. I mean as much as the cops love to pop you for crossing the double white line and other small offfenses Im sure they would love to pop a 30 something white dude in a SUV driving around out of his elimate.

It really hacks me off what the DEA is doing to Marc Emory, and the causual users here in the US. While they allow drug companies and insurance companies to profit so much from the suffering from others. I work in a medical related field dealing with hospice patients. Its so sad to see these people slowing dieing and to hear the stories of the hassels and the money they spend in an effort to get pain meds or just something to keep them barfing up the guts all day. I guess its the nature of the world.

Anyway Im on again off again as far as connections go, and it really sucks. I was out of work for a long time and had access but not the money for green leaf. Now I have the money and no connection.

Im very tempted to try the mail order route.

Yes.....bought it, used it, got it. Haven't used it up yet. My best buddy LOVES the stuff. He's a 50's something who can't smoke the real stuff due to the usually reasons. But we got a good amount awhile back.

It's incredibly intense. I think we got 20x this last time. Lower than that didn't do much for either of us. 20x did a real good job.

It's definitely not something you want to do alone. Have someone you TRUST with you when you use it. And don't do it at the same time. Let each other have a solo experience with someone to "babysit". I've seen some bad reactions, but neither of us have ever had one. Our experiences have been very good.

It's about five to ten minutes of intense tripping, visualizing, colors and sounds. After the initial shock, there is normally (at least for us) another half hour or so of repeat sensations, but not nearly as intense as the initial ones.

It's kind of expensive, and not something you can do in a party atmosphere. You need to limit outside sensations to let youself drift into the trip. Loud music and people bugging you will greatly limit what happens. Also, it doesn't seem to really reach it's heights the first time or two you use it. On my third time.......WOW!!!!

Be careful using it. It can be very scary. But it can also be quite enjoyable if proper precautions are taken. And let us know how it goes for you.

You betcha. You can buy it legally at any headshop or even some tobacco stores. Just treat it with respect. It's quite intense.

Hey, onward! Salvia... 20X... WOW. I know I respected it before, but I'd stake my life on the respect I've got for it now. Quite intense indeed. I posted a report on 'experiences'. You should check it out, maybe post your own experience too! What a great sage, but now I really think the legallity can't last unless people are at least a little knowledgable about it ahead of time. I just have this nightmare of six 18 year olds in a civic pulling out of the headshop parkinglot and starting a bowl...

If I had money then it wouldn't be a problem to find any, the problem is finding reasonably priced reasonable quality stuff. I could get shwag or dro, just nothing in between without a lot of work.

Just like with most things you enjoy in life, when you can get it with ease, you have no money. When you finally reach a stage of life where you have money, you can't find a bud to save your life. I bet most of the folks on here over the age of 40 could and would pay more for top quality, but can't find the goods.

You young guys enjoy being able to just pop out and find things anytime you want. When you get a bit older, it's much tougher.

You're more than welcome my friend. I am thrilled that it went well for you. I have seen people have very bad reactions, but they aren't able to handle alcohol or bud either. Some folks have weak minds. I was a bit worried wondering how it went for you.

If/when we ever do get a get-together arranged, I'll be happy to "babysit" for you while you go off to lala land. I'll even have a glass of something cold for you to sip on when you get back... :D

Also, Salvia..whoa.

I've tried Salvia a couple times. The first few tries didn't go as planned..simply because you must smoke salvia with a torch lighter. If you burn it with a Bic, you're just wasting it. Also, bongs work best.

The first time it actually worked, I was smoking with my boyfriend. We bought it from pipedream and I think it was 5X. We were in my spare bedroom and I had set up a bunch of pillows and blankets around. We decided that my he would try it first. So he sat down with the bong and hit it. After he hit it, he sat the bong down and flew backwards! He rolled around for a bit and went completely trippy. After seeing this I decide that I need to hit it!! I grabbed the bong (at this point my better half is yelling something about it not being my turn) and took a hit. All of a sudden I was whisked away to a magic carnival world. I had to get a job or something but I couldn't stop laughing enough to figure it out. I felt like I was in the world for about 4 years..when really it was like 2 minutes.

Coming back from salvialand is tough. It's very uncomfortable. I usually break out into a cold sweat when I come back..which is enough alone to not like Salvia. My boyfriend really likes it though.

Shucks, 5X isn't going to do the trick. My buddy who loves Salvia so much only gets any kind of sensation from it at 20X or stronger. I have only tried 20X, and maybe 25X....can't recall. I enjoyed it a lot. But you're right, coming back can be less than enjoyable.
