trouble sprouting

i cant get my stuff to sprout i put them in a wet paper towel for 3 days and the tap root came out and then i planted them in soil and hasnt came up yet. its been 11 days i planted them 1 /2 inch deep. Im thinking to try again and i have rock wool and i dont know how to use it im thinking just to put the seed in there and water it. well if anyone can help me that would be nice.

Half inch is too deep so carefully dig around a uncover the seed slightly leaving the shell on show.
Put it in a warm and dark place keeping it moist (in a propergator) if poss.
A lot o ppl on these boards think you need light to get a plant up, but wet warm and dark is heaven for em until the first leaves are breaking the shell. ;)

Wow, there are more than enough of them! Any reputable seed company will list their strains for indoor/outdoor/both cultivation. Do a search on google for cannabis strains outdoor and I'm sure you will find tons. It all depends on the type of plant you choose and the high you enjoy most really. :)
