Here a close up of one of the the leaves, not sure what it is, the leaves seem really dark but this plant is extra dark. Plus the spots on the side and the leaves seem droopy. Any sugestions?

Your leaf tips are curling down. I don't know what that means though. :)

extra dark leaves and curling tips are the first signs of over fertilization.

if you are concerned that you have Over Fert.. then do a mild flush with distilled water..

The plant looks GOOD!

the next sign of over fert will be brown tips..

Lower fan leaves will die off that's part of the cycle of life this plant goes through. Watch the new growth for problems and go by that. There are times when in the cycle that fan leaves are meant to fall off, turn yellow or even have brown tips. That could be the plant just using up stored nutrients.
