i have about a half oz left of weed from about a month ago and it got a bit dried up... kinda stiff. Does it lose its potency, is there anyway I can make it nice and sticky again?

no its only loses potency with heat, light and a couple other factors but it should be fine man do the orange peel thing or just toke it up

and no, it doesn't lose potency.

i actually like dry marijuana, because then i can just use my thumb to grind it off the bud.

Just drying out won't have the THC floating off. It will make it much harsher to hit though, that's about it. I smoked some old stuff and new stuff last night, and the old stuff that had a hole in the bag i didn't see was sooo much harsher.
