 I am drying in an enviormental chamber at 55 degrees F and approximatley 60-65 % humidity and curing in 7-12 days. This is my first harvest, When I remove my plants from the drying chamber I trim and place in plastic zip lock baggies, the buds have a great aroma and burn perfectly. I have had a couple of bags go moldy whithin a week or two, I then have to leave the bud on trays for a day and dry them (bone dry) I then place them back into a baggie with a orange peel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I cant give you any advice cuz I'm not a grower, but I must say that your buds look very yummy. I can tell you if you go to www.weedtalk.com there is a member there that can tell you anything you need to know about growing. His name is TheMerryPrankster or as we call him TMP, and I'm the same there as I'am here stonerpoet. So yeah, you might want to check it out. I know he can help.

Temperature around 80f-88f is better for drying and the lower the humidity the better. Once the stems snap when you try to break them they are ready to cure. You then place them in a glass mason jar and seal it tight. Then you place in a cool dark place and check every day for moisture and let it breath for about 30 min. Then just close the lid and put it back in storage. It takes about 3 weeks or longer to mature and burn up the stored chlorophyll.
Enjoy
