There was when I was there. Matanuska Thunderfuck was the strain I heard most about.

Not much to do in Alaska especially in the wintertime, so lots of people grow.

Laws are more relaxed there too. I remember these cops busted a house party I was at and there was a big bag of weed with a huge skull bong on the coffee table which the cops definitely noticed. They were only concerned if any minors were drinking though. They were cool. told us all to keep it down and whatnot. I was so scared I almost shit myself.

I would love to move back to Alaska...if only my family didnt live there, lol. My hubs isn't a fan of the isolation, but shit its only a 2 1/2 hr plane ride from Anchorage to Seattle.

Nothing beats Alaska summers and the holidays are picturesque. And the mountains are part of the sky like a horizon, they are so huge.

Seeing the occassional moose camp in your yard is pretty nifty as well, lol.

i was a Gomer from Homer for a couple of years. fished out of the harbor down on the Spit.
summer was fan-TAS-tic, and i was on a boat all winter, too busy working to notice the lack of light.
oh yeah, that and i didn't see a single seed the whole time i was up there. nothing but bud that stuck to the bag.... mmmmm.... crystals.

I love Alaska! The herb is VERY good here! We don't do the seeded shit, just good indica......................and best of all, there's hardly any cops near where I live. No stop lights within 80 miles of where I live!

Hey all............Ousted.......there's a lot to do here in winter. ski, hot tub and go to hot springs, go to the Salty Dawg and Kharacters and drink beer, watch the northern lights, snowmobile, play music, snowboard, dog sled AND GROW GOOD POT! : :rasta:

FUNKEN MONKEY.........You'd dig it here in Alaska! I live 1/4 mile from ocean. We get clams, mussels, crab, huge fucking halibut and king salmon FRESH I know a lot of fishermen so I don't have to pay..........It's a good thing being a girl!

From my hot tub on my back deck, I can see the ocean, Mountains, Volcanos, glaciers. Moose and bear ocasionally cruise thru my back yard......Nearest stop light is 80 miles away! It's a good life :rasta:

:D My hubby and I are both from Homer! We love it there! He really wants to move back but cant for now...It is soooo beautiful there. Growing up there I didnt notice as much, but now when i go back i am blown away! I miss the people of AK... everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

People are so down to earth there. I miss waving at every other person that drives by and knowing most the people at the grocery store :) :dance:
