Test for friend, he needs help bad

My friend has a test from parents upcoming and wants to know what his best bet would be..... he has smoked around an eighth and a half in the past 3 weeks and weighs 137 and is 5'8"... thanks alot

i would say for sure drink water like mad and exercise a lot. that wont be the only thing but that is sure a start to get out as much as possible. also if they are just doing a home test he can get a detox kit or something like that, that would cover it up or something cause i am sure they would work for that. then just take that about 30 min after his parents spring it on him and say he doesnt have to pee just yet. prob not the best advice but good luck anyways.

im sorry to say that drinking lots of water does squat to reduce detectable thc, as thc is stored in fat cells.
and as for excersising, if youve not been doing it, starting now will also do squat.
get a piss cleaning potion available from shit loads of sites or get a clean substitute sample.
sorry to give bad news but its true.
