I went to Border's to read all the marijuana grow guides and read all the magazines. When I got to CC magazine the first page is for marcy's seeds but a big sticker was placed over some of the page. "Marcy is out of business and now it is illegal to buy seeds from vendors within the states". Can someone tell me if this is bs or not.

LoL!!!

Dude, it's always been illegal. They're just letting you know they got one of our guys... and they want to scare you... Take the necessary precautions, and go for it. More power to you.

Dude, you're not supposed to grow either. It's just a risk you have to take... or maybe you don't have to take it.

Why don't you order to another address? Another name? Send cash.

You are buying seeds for cannabis. You're not expecting a recipt for your order and an offer for an extended warranty, are you?

I see alot of seed supplier refs in UK. Where is the best location to purchase if I am in the LA area?
First time grower... shopping for complete set up in next month or so. have mother plant growing in window doing very well. will want to start with 14 plants in hydro bucket system, wondering if 1000 wt MH and 1000 HPS would be sufficient for 14 plants. Have thouroughly scanned this group and find it an awesome collection of experts and beginners alike and even though I am brand new here, I feel amongst friends. Cant wait to get my garden growing.

JMHO, but, I'd buy my seeds in Canada & just look for the thread that tells the best seedbank vendors; personally, I've had good luck with PlanetSkunk & DrGreenthumb, and a few other good vendors, but these 2 were the fastest and the prices were competitive; 2 other places delivered but took well over a month & didn't communicate well if at all [HGSeeds, Rhino], the last was okay, but seems to be out of business, Seeds Direct. Also had an order from amsterdamseeds intercepted, and all I got out of that one was the package with an empty CD case & a piece of tape with homeland security written across it in red :).

It is FU'd to get a package like that, 'cause I had a friend that had ordered from
Marc Emery right before the guilotine fell, and he was sweating it every day for a while there.
Best I can offer is this description from elsewhere, didn't want to link to another site; can't find these seeds except here: http://www.seedbay.com/browse.php?id=62
okay, seedboutique also... http://www.seedboutique.com/store/index.php?manufacturers_id=67

Plant structure:
Up to 8 ft in height and can be as wide, average around 6 ft. Very large, bushy webbed leaved plant . . . tends to like to spread with training to produce masses of large tight and very heavy, smelly buds. Buds have been as large as my leg... The Ducksfoot seems to be a very hardy plant. It begins to show its webbed traits on the second set of leaves, that come out quite wedged shaped and usually single bladed. The following leaf is the typical 3 fingered Ducksfoot leaf. Successive leaves will continue up to seven apparent points, and can be v ...continued
