Night vs. Day tripping

I was just wondering, for those who have tried shrooms and acid, what their favorite time of day is to trip.

During the night-time, or while its still light outside.

I would have to say that the visuals are sometimes more intense at night, but i prolly had my funnest trip ever on 4 grams of good mush during the day.

Me and a couple buddies ate our bags and then went to the river for a hike. I would have to say that walking through the woods while tripping is unbelieveable.

The best thing about the hike is that the shrooms seemed to give me unbelievable energy. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Once we got to the top we smoked and swam. It was way better than any night trip.

yeah i did acid at school in 5 th hr hoping it wouldnt kick in til i left but it kicked in 15 minutes and i had a real miserable time at school i thought i was going nuts but yeah their are more intense visuals at night but it is more likely to have a bad trip at night. so they both have advantages

I'm more the nocturnal sort myself just in general. I like tripping at night and being able to see the stars (some intense stuff happens in the heavens when you're tripping hard). But in my opinion, the best time to trip is during one of the golden hours of the day, either sunrise or sunset when the light get's that certain special quality (any photographer will know what I'm talking about)... Colors seem so amazingly warm and vivid, and then you're tripping on top of it. I also like the aspect of changing environments... If you trip with the sunset you can stay outside and watch the stars, or if you want go inside and do anything you'd regularly do there anyways...

Personal opinion, mushrooms are best when enjoyed outside in nature.

I really wanted to try it this summer, but all my bitch ass friends wouldnt do it with me. Idk why its not like it can hurt you if you try it once.

I like tripping into the night...bout my 4th or 5th hour tripping, i want the sun to be setting.

I used to not like staying up all night, but now it doesn't matter. Tripping into the dawn is pretty chill...we had a doughnut/Bill Hicks post-trip ritual going on for a while.
