You have to be 18 (the age to smoke tobacco) to buy "tobacco" rolling papers and blunts.

depends on the clerk actually....i'm not sure about the actual law surrounding it, but i do know that a person will sell you papers one day, and the next he won't do it (of course that's if you can't provide proof your 18) there used to be a store around here where the guy woudl sell single papers for 50 cents each (yea it's a rip off but what's a kid to do lol)

Yah man, its easy shit, just see if u can buy them first and if not wait outside the store and wait for someone that looks cool and ask them too and say they can keep the change or something. Me and my friends would just wait there smoking the last of our cigs and ask a trucker and hed buy some for us:D
