wat does it mean when a plant is only 14 days old and is already starting to have the cristals build up?

Is it under 12/12 light cycle?

Are you sure it's trichomes?

It is from seed and i am going by 18 6 for my lite time, im not to sure wat trichomes means? thanx for replying

That is what is called Trichomes. You call it cristals and I don't believe that is what you are seeing.
