Hey fellas,

Im posting out of MA in New England (USA) and I must say Im fan of the glass bowls. A lot of my friends are into this "blunt trend." Dont get me wrong I like blunts but they dont get me as high as I would like. (less its a blunt to my head and not shared)
Anyways, most of the time I like to kick it w/ one of my pieces. I was wondering how many glass bowls, pipes, bongs, etc do you think exist? How many do you think mankind has produced? -each one different.
Ay lets have a smoke in respect for the glass blower, and put the "peach passion" blunt wraps down for a minute..

I smoked this metal piece that was my friends and that was the last time. he said glass breaks way to easy and I said then you're getting the wrong stuff.

Yeah, I use glass spoon pipes, and chilms sometimes, I really prefer glass over anything else, it's definitly the way to go

Metal pipes taste like shit, and get hot fast. Glass is just a much smoother, cleaner smoke. Plus it's easy to clean glass pieces to sparkling, like brand new condition. But yeah the main thing for me is metal just tastes like ass, and seems to hurt my throat. But I still rock my metal cigarette one hitter at work. :thumbsup:

glass pipes are nice but when im high i get forgetfull and one of the last times i got high my pipe was on my lap and i was like "dude where the fuck is the pipe?" stood up and it fell on my garage floor and broke...o well shit happens. but when im toking again ill definately being going back to glass.

I guess i'd like to get a glass pipe. I like the metal one I has mainly because it has a chamber that I can stuff weed into, then smoke it when i'm almost out of weed and its all resin coverd and lasts longer and fucks me up.

But how fucking dumb is it when i'm scraping resin and i fucking scrape shavings of the metal off with my knife. i don't think that is good to smoke but who knows... I've just gotten used to there being shit in the chamber that last time I took a hit off a glass pipe I sucked in hot ass coals and burned my throat. with my pipe the shit inside would have stopped that but whatever.

Right now the real reason i don't have a glass pipe is because i spend all my extra money buying more weed, lol

sweet man can u explain what it looks like and how the hits are? i made a bucket out of a glass bong bowl and a glass fruitopia bottle and it his so nice it was crazy

yeah man i used a two litre plastic coke bottle for the base and a 1 litre vodka bottle for the chamber. i put some 5 pence pieces in the vodka bottle, wrapped it in a towel and shake it hard till the bottom falls off. (a perfect circle will fall out the bottom if you do it right).
i also use a socket for the bowl. just a regular socket from a socket wrench set. the pipe screens you can get from shops fit right in the middle of the socket.
cant remember what size it is but the socket fits perfectly in the bottle hole, just try a few to see what fits the best, around 12mm i think!
the hits from hash can be a bit rough but get you fucked!
and the hits from skunk are smooth and tasty! mmmmm. :thumbsup: :dance: :thumbsup:

sweet man i like that method with the towel and the coins..... but having a nice glass bong bowl on it is a nice upgrade from the socket cause then its all glass

My favorite materials for smokin are all natural, (Carrots, apples, etc) But every once in a while I smoke out of a lung (generally a bag more than a bucket) sometimes a glass bong, though I don't have my own yet. And of course joints when I'm on the go.

I've been conserving my weed money for the last few months, and have finally saved up a lot of money to buy my first bong. I'm having it custom blown through a local headshop to be a lot like a 14" beaker-shaped RooR, but orange and swirly!! However, it still will have ice notches and be compatible with all RooR downpipes and accessories. I am so excited, words can hardly express it.

I, personally, like the flavor and experience of smoking as much as being high, so I don't touch anything but glass and the occasional unflavored joint. Nothing hits cleaner, smoother, or tastier than a quality spoon or a nice bong-- if you can afford it.

I've got a bong and a chillum I use regularly... But it should be said, sometimes you just can't beat a nice blunt...

I definately smoke to get high most of the time, but I also enjoy the ritual, and the social aspects of it.

Plus, it's fun to roll more than one and play racecar
(although racecar-ing bongs is fantastic, it just takes more prep work)
