whats the best way to break up weed in to smaller bits? cos i use my hands and end up with a bunch of compressed buds. Also i got some of the best weed ive ever seen and it got none of my friends or me high! i mean this is the second time ive smoked and ive never gotted high!!! BS!! one last thing is it safe to use office paper as rolling paper?
