I just saw a huge news story about how scandalous it is for prisoners in jail to access porn websites and how the warden is looking into it and they are restricting access and shit.
Let those boys look at porn and jack off. Maybe it will keep the aggression and ass rapes down.

Well yes, but that fight should deal with the law that got you in jail in the first place. If you commited a crime, you commited a crime. Whether the crime is justified for the punishment you recieve is a different, though much more important matter.

I know a dude thats done 20 years In prison. He went in for vadalism in the early 70`s.
He then killed a asshole for fucking with him. (ie. waking up to a pillowcase slamming your head with drink cans in it). He used a pitchfork prong. :eek:

county jail is for misdemeanors with sentence lasting one year or less. And as I said scarlett whether they should be there or not is irrelevant to the hardships of prison. Thats a seperate matter.

Most of those crimes are misdemeanors... But yes it can be used as a processing center untill you are sentenced. But your still not serving any of your time in county, your waiting to serve your time at federal. PS colors vary from state to state and even county to county in some cases.

The way I see this issue is this; if you're going to lock people up for all sorts of things (some justified, others not - that's not the issues here) then you're going to have to keep them controlled. Not that I agree with this, but I see it's how it is.

Prison guards are extremely outnumbered by inmates. So think about it, if you're going to keep these people calm while in prison you need to give a little, otherwise it's going to make the life of prison guards that much more dangerous.. You could hire more guards, but that means more taxes, and people don't like more taxes.
