Shroom question

shrooms are easy to grow eh? this is what i hear, so i have decided that i dont want myself and my friends to keep spending $65 an oz [as cheap as that is], free is better :). So anyhow, ive been told that you can grow them inside a 2litre bottle under your bed, this method i think would work for me, but i have a few questions.

-> how do you get the spores to grow? do you just dump them in there with some water and screw on the cap to the 2litre bottle? or do i need some sort of base for them to grow out of, if so how do i make this base?

-> if i take spores from the bottom of a bag of shrooms and grow more shrooms out of them, will ALL the mushrooms that grow be of the same type of shroom that i got them from?

-> how long does it take for them to grow?

-> how will i know when they're ready?

-> what's the best method to dry them?

-> if i have them for a while how will i know when they've gone off? [they will be dried]

1. Put the spores on something they can grow on (i.e. decayed wood) and mist them from time to time.

Try to keep out of contact with pretty much everything, by the way.

2. Yes, they should all be the same

3. 2-4 weeks, depending on how you do it and stuff.

4. When they are big, some will be big some small. you just have to go off how they look on average.

They last a really long time. I don't know how long exactly, but I have kept them for about 2 months before consumption before, and they worked fine.

ok, hold up sorry but you guys know nothing obviosuly about growing
first off erowid is a good site but there are better trust me, all your questions can be answered from these website, pic by pic tek's, "mycotopia.net shroomery.org" now if i were you i would choose this growing tek called invitro, all you do is get a brwn rice flour , vermiculite 50/50 mixture in a mason jar or something, inject spore prints in the jar and let it sit and the shit grows inside of the jar
