thats because he is gonna beat the charge. I am not saying that cause i like the guy, i think he is a slime ball but the D.A. is famous in Texas as a complete jack-ass who has done this around 25 times to different people. He dosent even have a case if you have even looked at it or know what the laws are.

They said that the pic was way to "good" to be used by the Dems for a smear campaign. So remember folks....dress nice and smile for the officer!!!

Actually, he most likely did commit every violation that he's charged with. The problem is that I truly believe every politician in both major parties knows that BOTH parties launder money and filter it down to state and even local elections. It's been going on for a long time, and has been pretty much accepted by politicians.

My theory about why this really got started is that when Martin Frost lost in the last election, he pulled every political string to get an investigation started. I bet there's no way of linking him to the case, but if you could look deep into it, I bet you'd see him lurking in the background. Nationally, he probably isn't known at all, but in Texas he is very well known to be a really tough, hard ball liberal Democrat with a long memory and a very vengeful side to him. I believe this all stems from the Republicans force feeding the redistricting of Texas on the Democrats, and they in turn are finding ways to get back at 'em.

I agree. That photo was GENIUS!!!! It not only took away any chance of it being used as propaganda by Democrats, but it also shows confidence which goes a long way in stirring up public support.
