Need help with ventilation!!

I have a 3x7x8 grow space, i previously grew with a 250 mh and did not have any heat problems. now i have a 1000 hps in the same space..1 is this to much light for the space? ...and2 will a 70 cfm bathroom exhaust fan be sufficient to ventilate ..i am able to leave a door open for fresh air..do i need more? :cool:
