SIZE TROUBLE my roofs in the way!!!

hay yall.
i'm having some space difficutly here.
my lights are now hooked directly against the roof and my plants top
leaves are just touching my 600's with nowwhere else to go.
should i try tying the top branches now slightly, do some pruning or both???
any advice be great thanx.
my camera's screwed but ill try borrowing so i can get a pic

It sounds like youre growing an outdoor sativa.Try tying the top of your plant down.Right now the growth at the bottom of your plant is not recieving enough light.After you tie it down you should be able to drop your light down a bit.

I dont know much about it but I know you can also train your plants to grow certain ways. So if you tie them you can probably start to get them to grow in certain ways and maybe someone can give a little more info too.
