What Should I do...

I am 16 and for about the last 10 months i was smoking almost every day---last month i got a possesion ticket and my court date is may 7...my first question is what are the consequences for minors in california...what i heard was that you have to pay a fee and it will stay on your record or you have to pay a fee and take classes and it will be removed...if this is what is going to happen i know someone who is in these classes right now...he said that they give random drug tests and when you take your test they stand in the room...i quit smoking when i got the ticket for about a week then a started again and the last time i smoked was four days ago...(i was hittin my friends gravity bong all night)...and my date is may 7...so i dont know what to do if they make me take tests...this is my second question...what should i do to get clean or how could i use someone eles piss without him knowing...anybody who helps me i appreciate it...

If they are standing in the room with you you may want to get one of those whizzor things I'm not sure the exact name, but it has the fake dick you pull out. It has a bag with synthetic or clean urine in it. I know a guy who uses one, and it has never failed.

haha yup...my brother was pulled over and got a possesion ticket on two occasions i think he had only like a g or two lucky because at the time i think he was slanging but anyway he just got a ticket and court date as well..i think he just had to pay a fine and its on his record i think, but hes know in training for the fire dept so it cant be that bad if somone sees it on your record.
