Salvia question

I'm 15 and i live in Canada, i know salvia is legal, but would i get in trouble if a cop caught me smoking it? Like would I be charged since im under 18?

Its not something youd want to do outside trust me. Read up on it www.erowid.org has awesome trip reports. Its ment to be incense not for smoking acording to law (in the U.S. anyway).

^ i think that insence thing is a rumor. cuz when i was in this headshop, the guy had dimebags with salvia in it. said "purplestickysalvia" or something. nothin about insence.

The cop would probably be very suspicious. Maybe you could get charged with some kind of public intoxication, but it's not illegal to smoke it at home. Honestly though, it's not something you would want to do anywhere but an extremely comfortable environment.

I think a lot of salvia dealers say the salvia is for incense use only just because they don't want to be held responsible if someone does trip out in public and do something really stupid. No one really burns it as incense, though.
