Need help! Weed Butter!

Hey, it's mr Toker, with another question,

I was wondering, all the recipies everywhere are for like an ounce of weed, i wanted to try weed butter but in the privacy of my own home, does anyone know how much butter to put and how to cook like a half a gram of weed?

Maybe even less?

Like, my main question would be, can i use "too much" butter, and it'll work fine? Like a half gram for me, and I eat all the butter, will have the effects of half a gram smoked, but not depending on the amount of butter i use?

bro cooking with a half gram will do nothing. You need at least a quarter or a half and add it to two cubes of butter and simmer for 45 minutes

i usually go an eigth every stick of butter

Heres how it breaks down. Typical cookie recipes, use the one on the back of Toll House Choclate Chip Cookies, and smiply:
For Commerical: Use 1 ounce for 2 Sticks
For Kind: Use 1/2 ounce for 2 sticks
