Need Help sort plants

I have 7 plants I started from seeds. White willow female seeds. They have been in veg for 4 weeks. Six of them are 5-6 inches tall and spread from 6 â?? 10 inches wide. One had some leaves that turned yellow and it stopped growing. I cut off the bad leaves 3 days ago and it has started growing. I want to put the six in flower but they look small. I thought they were needed to be 12 or more inches. Also all six of the plants have at least four sets of nodes. PH is 5-6. PPM is 2.0.

I think you will be good to flower them they look very nice when flowering cannabis grows about 2wice the size for ex. a 6 in plant will get up to 12 in when flowering. but if i were you i would wait 2 more weeks to get more out of those beautys

I already have the other reservoir running. Will it be ok to leave it air running through the water? The PH is 5.2; I havenâ??t added any nutes to it yet. Just donâ??t want to dump 10 gallons of perfect water out. I will be using 20 tsp of ionic bloom. Thatâ??s 50% strength in a 10 gallon reservoir. Am I ok to add the boost also on the second week of flowering? Right now they are under 96w T5 flora. I have 400 HPS. Should I move them up to that light or keep them where they are for the next few weeks? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
