Say for example my friend was getting 7 grams of herb threw the mail. The person sending it was in the states and my friend is in Canada.

What kind of trouble can my friend get in if customs gets a hold of it?

Will my friend be charged with Canadian law or USA law?

Whats the charge if its Attempting to buy 7 grams in Canada?
Whats the charge if its Attempting to buy 7 grams in USA?

u would get a letter from customs have it seized.... that would be all

House of Commons Special Committee on Non-Medical Drug Use

In December 2002, the House of Commons Special Committee on Non-Medical Use of Drugs released a report on general drug use and policy in Canada. The Report was not restricted to just marijuana, but covered a wide range of drugs. Important recommendations made by the Special Committee include:

* Decriminalizing the possession and cultivation of not more than 30 grams of cannabis for personal use.
