Ok, so the deal is this...
I graduated AODA last monday (not last weeks). I continue to see my AO counselor once every other week. My question is can she piss test me this Wednesday? Does she have the authority to now that I graduated and she is just my counselor (was drug counselor)??

If you're still on probation, she can. I don't know the laws in, the world.

I am on probation till April or June. But I thought only my social worker could piss test me or a cop since the drug counselor isn't my DRUG counselor anymore.. She's just a normal counselor now cuz I graduated AODA. ?
