can someone help me?

i started smoking about a year ago and im basically still a beginner. but everytime i smoke, the next morning i wake up and i feel like something is caught in my throat. its mad annoying and it feels like that all day and its really discomforting. but it dont happen on nights when i dont smoke. does anyone know what this is and how can i stop from getting that discomfort in the throat/chest area?

pretty self explanatory. All that smoke, especially if you're smoking a J or out of a pipe, is rawing up your throat. A few things you can try:

- switch to a berb or a bong if you're not using one
- drink some chilled water while you smoke
- smaller rips, and take more of them

I used to have the same problem for many years, over 20! I don't smoke tobbaco either.

Do yourself and your lungs a big big favor. Save up your money and buy a halfway decent vaporizer. There is no smoke invovled! You won't have that feeling anymore as your not putting smoke, tar, and whatever else thats in the smoke. You can find them in head shops or on the net. Don't mess with one that involves a flame! Go electric. The buzz is at least twice as good as your not burning up a lot of the THC in smoke - Instead you get it all. I've even used the same herb a second time for another buzz. You might think I'm pulling your leg. Do some research on the net and see what is being said about them - It true and you won't believe it till you try it ;)

i can't do any of that. i can't keep anything associated with weed in my room because im afraid of getting caught. my bowl is only 4-5 inches and im afraid of getting caught with it

i always drink cold water when im smoking and what do you mean by "rips"

i can afford a vaporizer but i can't get one since im still living in my parents house.

make a light bulb vaporizer. it cost about 3 dollars in parts. and you can easily hide it because its made of a household object

what are you smoking out of? metal, glass, tinfoil? be specific because i remember i hit a gravity bong that had a tinfoil bowl and it made my throat so raw and i woke uo that mourning with a bad throat irritation, i wasnt use to that dirty shit because i only smoke out of glass usually and my glass bucket was being borrowed at the time

i smoke out of a 4" glass pipe. the thing is that i havent smoked since sunday night and my throat is still bothering me. wtf, usually, it only would be a day and it would go away and now its been 3 days straight.
