help growin new to it

i plan to grow bud, but i just want to know wat i need and shit. ive done research and shit but im askin from people. my environment will be in my room and need to know wat shit, lights etc.

OK blazy, if you want some king shit, first get some seeds, 25 gal plastic tub at wal-mart, soil without time release nutes in it, and a 400 watt Metal Halide complete set, reflector ect.....That kind of light is key in having compact, tight buds.Look at some ofmine in the pics only thread.
