allways put it in air tight box in fridge , i found to much crystal comes of and sticks to plastic baggy's when in freezer .

Yeah most vegatable matter turns abit shitty to be honest when you freeze it, your also changing the form as the water insideit freezes, where as the fridage is just stopping it form going moldy.
