Dish full of Bud!

Well finally here are some pics of what I have been up to. I had an idea the last couple of years to take an old sattelite dish and turn it into a green house. One day this past summer I took four hours and about $300 to put it up. I figured I could get about 8 fair sized plants under this 12' diameter dish. As it turned out, I put a couple of mothers out there to at the last moment. Now its all done and I am pleased as punch. These babies grew until branches were snapping off from the weight. I know plants can get way bigger than these, but look how I filled a dish with bud! :cool:

Thanks for the kind words. I am happy with the results. I have a couple of ideas to make things easier next year. The plastic reduces light intensity. A second - larger ring around the whole greenhouse will ad security and let me move the plastic out to get more lateral light. Also, I was humping in about 500 Lbs of water weekly, imported do to poor water quality here, but next time I will use a resevoir and drip line. Manual labor sucks.

A+ for creativity and recycling! gorgeous plants and i'm sure the improvements next year will make that crop even better...you'll have to let me know how they smoke! ;)
