Poppies themselves aren't illegal (except for a few extra-potent varieties). It becomes illegal when you slice the pods.

they are good but check your local laws about opium...DONT SAY OPIUM OR POPPY! i cant stress this enough...say you are growing an herb garden and u want a list of herbs you can and cannot grow...a list of illegal and noxious weeds...if they ask the reason for asking is not for opium but St. John's Wort is on the likst of noxious weeds...when buying chicks and hens always are a good start for the beginner

I don't know about the site you mentioned, but there are sites which will send you pods, for use in floral decorations, of course! izmirpoppy.com is both alot cheaper, and I know for a fact legit.

i dont know why you care if its legit or not what you are looking to buy is 100% legal to buy online or anywhere for that matter..this is not like buying mj seeds completly different ballgame

persian whites will grow the fastest and tazzies are the biggest...my personal favorite is hens and chicks

Hen and Chicks are the most potent, usually sold out on the site I mentioned, But all their stuff is excellent.
