......say, I want to clone some of these things from a decent female. I have been told that i should take the cuttings and put them in rockwool cubes until they root and then take the cube and put that in the grow rocks. Does it mater the size of the cube?.....and what should i do for nutrients while they are developing the root before transplant

Greetings Jasper, I was wondering if you might have seen the Sunleaves Float and Grow kit? I am thinking about buying one of these and adding an airstone to increase the O. While rockwool is fine for most aplications I will be using soil so I'd like to try these. The plugs are mostly tree bark and can be added to hydroponic grow rock or soil. As far as the size of the cube I think that 1.5- 2 inches is pretty standard, I really can't think of a reason to get larger ones.... If your going to use rockwool try to get cubes without the wholes (I hear that they are a little big) or just turn it over and make your own if need be. With the nutes you could use MG 10-52-10 diluted to 20-25% of it's original recipe. Don't forget to foliar feed, they love that!! Good luck man... :)
