Do you find that weed makes you feel happy?

Is that the reason you smoke it or are you a happy person generally, and weed is just something you enjoy?

Do you need weed to feel happy?

Are you unhappy when you don't have weed?

Man, this sounds like an infomercial for Cannabis... lol

As I have found out during this dry spell which has lasted almost 2 weeks, no, I do not need weed to be happy. I was thinking about happiness last night, and decided that there are three kinds of happiness you can obtain.

The first is physiological happiness. You get this through intoxicating drugs, and fulfilling bodily desires like eating, sleeping, peeing, orgasming, being warm, etc. The second is social happiness. This includes things like love, hanging out with friends, humor, etc. The third is intellectual happiness. This is the joy you get from learning interesting information.

By no means does not having one kind of physiological happiness prevent me from achieving happiness in its other forms.

i agree with ermitonto...weed is jus a great thing that CAN help me through stressful times but i dont need it to be happy.

Happy, happy, joy , joy,

eveything just is... every situation just IS.. then your brain comes turns on (ego) and has to tell you a little story "this is GREAT" or "This sucks" or "I'd like to fuck her" blah blah blah... whatever... it;s just thoughts.. but if you believe you are your thoughts.. then you are CRAZY..

weed.. or not to weed.. doesn't even matter..

There's a difference between putting off your problems, because your stoned, and dealing with them, stoned. The more problems I solve, stoned, the easier it is to solve them straight.

weed doesnt makes me happy but just makes me feel good

i feel good when im sober but i feel EVEN better when im high

weed only enhances things to a better state

No.


Are you unhappy when you don't have weed? Yes. Unhappy that I dont have weed. My life doesn't then become unhappy, though, because of it.

I am a nicer, more civalized person when I have weed.
I am angry person in general, most of the time I hate so much about our world that I fall into depression. Weed helps to stableize the rage inside me so that I can function as a normal person in society. I can live without weed and have had to do so before but I would rather not. Weed allows me to see that there are many beautiful things about life. I paint and write poetry when I smoke, I feel more creative.
Then I am not overwhelmed by the latest war, natural disaster, government policy, poverty, and child abuse story. It allows me to relax and not focus on the sattleites in the sky who can look into my home, the stockpiles of missles all over the world, oppression of people's rights, everything so sad, so much pain. Weed dulls that heartache.
