if you're thinking "hydro" is some sort of weed: sorry, that's only describing a general way of growing (i.e NTF, aero, cocoa etc.)

"best" is what works for YOU, so the real reply to "what's best" would be "best is a four letter word" ;)

nobody can tell you which way works "best" for you, you simply have to try the different ways with it's advantages and disadvantages if you want to grow the "best" way ;)
