i hate them, i got in trouble tonight cuz me and some people went out to the country to chill we came back stoned and drunk, we were just sitting on the side of the road in my car and two cops come up and make us get out. This is out in the suburbs where the cops have nothing better to do.no one was driving at the time. I wasn't too messed up, but I also was never in the drivers seat cuz i won't drive drunk. luckily we weren't arrested.

Bad to smoke at night by roadsides. Always remove your keys from the car when you do stop. If the keys are in the ignition you are considered "driving" even if off and parked. You do not want to be "driving" if anything should happen when you are just hanging and chillin. But again, at night by the road you are insulting their intelligence, what do you expect? Dont they call that sitting target? Besides, they let you go dude! I think they were telling to chill somewhere else. Sounds like a good experience compared to a lot of others I heard.

Yea we had finished the weed back in the country, so we weren't smoking or drinking in the car; the latter the cops accused us of.

we're not kids we are all over 18, I think they started messing with us cuz they thought we were under 18 and breaking curfew, then they found out we weren't so they made a big deal out of it. ok the thing is they did not need two cops, we were cooperating with the first cop and then another cop comes up and so then there's two of them.

You are in the USA I assume. Look, they are now at some hysterical state of paranoia right now, you are in a police state actually. So you need to take extra care to get invisible. They would always call for backup, that is how the game is played. One has to be near you, one is far. You do not ever have to let them search and should always get out and lock the car immediately. The owner has to give that right only, and does not have to without a warrent. You actually can exercise that right, they can jump, yell threaten, even hold you in a cell for 48 hours, but in the end, you will prevail.
See, they figure only the under 18 dont have a place to chill. They roll in parks and lots. I remember steaming up windows one night in a park with a babe and had the knock on the window. That is what they do, we gotta either be prepared or get a cool chill out space. Abandoned housing of some sort, or somewhere you can see them coming. Never with keys in the ignition of a car, as you can see I know about that one.
You under 18 are screwed, you have to hide where you can. All I could do was walks in the hood, in my room at night windows open, towlie at the door, a bit wet too. And plenty of DoopWala incense.

seedbare, I'm from NY, but everyone in the south calls it a DUI, and you're the first person I've seen on the internet to use the phrase "DWI". I don't get out much in cyber-space.

I wasn't even in the car when the cops came and besides, my car couldn't even stay in the narrow passage left from the snowbanks filling the road after a pick-up truck came flying down a steep-hill, around a corner, when I got my Driving on a Suspended License and DWI charge.
