weed falls into 3 catogororys, indica, sativa or both. there are over 300,000 different strains of weed, and the number grows every time someone crosses to different strains, so the chances are that you will never smoke the same strain twice if you buy from two different dealers. as for the difference between mid and regs, its the grower. someone who knows what there doing simply wont grow crap weed
